| If the patient is not low risk by these (treadmill, stress echo, thalium imaging) methods, the options are to: |
| Intensify medical regimen and reevaluate |
| Angiography and CABG as indicated |
| Intensify medical regimen and proceed to surgery with more intense periop monitoring |
| In general the decision to undergo CABG should be decided on independent of the upcoming surgery |
